## Product hierarchy

1. Check a business or invoice.
   Supplier, customer, charity, and invoice-detail checks against Australian records. ABR, ABN, and GST checks are live. ASIC companies, ASIC business names, and ACNC charities are conditional on complete, trusted weekly snapshots and fail closed with source_unavailable while absent. HoistAI can check business and tax details where supported. It does not prove bank account control.

2. Understand asset-check coverage.
   Hoist documents vehicle, equipment, machinery, serial-number, company-collateral, and PPSR contract shapes. PPSR preview and explicit-confirmation mechanics are implemented but not currently customer-accessible. Preview requests fail closed without a price or register dispatch; paid searches, certificates, and pricing are unavailable through Hoist. Use AFSA direct for a PPSR search today.

3. Create prelaunch sample Evidence Packs.
   The current exporter is for workflow testing. Every ABR, GST, VIN, and PPSR row is synthetic test data or unsearched, not a source result, verification, certificate, or clearance.

4. Flag red flags for review.
   Help agents identify records that may need human review before the workflow continues. ASIC banned and disqualified records, ACNC charity status, and source-conflict checks are conditional on complete, trusted weekly snapshots and fail closed with source_unavailable while absent. DFAT sanctions are unavailable.

5. Check licences and professionals.
   Targeted checks against public professional and licence records. ASIC liquidators, financial advisers, AFS licensees and representatives, credit licensees and representatives, registered auditors, and SMSF auditors are conditional on each corresponding complete, trusted weekly snapshot and fail closed with source_unavailable while absent. AFSL compatibility data is sample-only, not source evidence.

6. Review the address and property contract boundary.
   Customer address lookup is unavailable until Hoist proves a complete server-owned G-NAF snapshot. The current adapter contains representative test rows only, and those rows are not returned as customer evidence. State and territory property-source paths are planning documentation, not operational checks.

## Access and availability

Public today: docs, sample data, API health, MCP setup, CLI setup, and live ABN/GST checks. Snapshot-backed source checks remain conditional on a complete trusted load.

Account access may be required for gated datasets, higher limits, and live source traffic after the required trusted snapshot is loaded. It does not unlock PPSR: preview mechanics are not currently customer-accessible, preview requests fail closed without a price or register dispatch, and paid PPSR searches and pricing are unavailable through Hoist.

Pricing: live ABN lookup and GST/business verification have no per-call charge. Any loaded-snapshot workflow is also free to call; missing snapshots fail closed. Billing infrastructure is reserved for future paid-source workflows; no current workflow requires billing setup.

Future paid-source searches will keep a confirmation boundary before source dispatch. Billing controls are reserved for those future workflows.

## Pricing

Live ABN/GST and any loaded-snapshot HoistAI workflows are free to call. No current workflow requires a subscription, prepaid credits, or billing setup.
